Memories of Summer: Day in the Forest

Seems that not that long ago the summer was here and we enjoyed all the goodness of it :) 

This was just one of those warm days, so we decided to go for a picnic in the forest. Still remember taste of wild raspberries and the smell of pine trees and grasses... :)

My No-Bake Cheesecake :)

We made a giant cheesecake yesterday :) And what a tasty treat it was this afternoon! Definitely recommend it for an easy no-bake desert ;) Recipe from here. We've slightly changed it as we did not have any oranges. And we used a different kind of biscuits for base. But nevertheless it was a heavenly light, moist and tasty desert :)
