Little Woolly Lamb :)

Another little project we made with my little one - a woolly lamb. We used old cardboard from the back of an old drawing pad, cotton pads and glue :) Easy peasy!

1. Draw a lamb
2. Cut it out

3. Tear cotton pads into small pieces
4. Glue them on the lamb
That's how our's looked after all gluing

We gave it a trim
(during which one of his legs were
accidentally trimmed off ) :D

Proud maker :)
Giving it some fresh air :D

One Fine Day in May :)

The weather has warmed up today, so me and my little one were playing in the garden. I hope we'll have more days like this in the summer :) xxx

How to Make Toy Make-Up for Little Girls :)

Usually I'm not very good with throwing my old make-up away. But yesterday I thought I'll have a sort out. I found tubes and boxes that haven't been used for years! But being a bit of a mean mama I thought I need to find a way to re-use them. Here's what I've come up with! My little one loves copying me. Weather it would be washing the dishes, polishing nails or putting make up on. But the stuff I use is not exactly suitable for a two-year-old. So I used old boxes from cream eye shadow and compact powder to make some toy make-up.

You'll need:
Empty make-up boxes
PVA glue
Different colours of glitter
Paint brush

1. Clean them well with hot water and soap
2. Fill them up with PVA glue
3. Add some glitter and stir it with paint brush
4. Sprinkle some glitter on the top and blow the excess off
5. Let it dry
6. Job done! Add some sponges and brushes and your little one has her own make up set! :)
