Few lovelies from my wardrobe :)

I have a great passion for vintage and colourful clothes. Because of that I'm often visitor in vintage, charity shops. But some great places to find some vintage cool clothing is your parents or your friends lofts!!! :) Yep! As long as they will let you dig in there and take all the treasures that you will find :D

I'll start off with vintage 1960's curtains that actually belong to my mother-in-law and used to hang in my husband's bedroom when he was teeny weeny boy :) Those will go to our baby's bedroom. Where can you find prints like these nowadays?

Next is a top that I found in Cambridge in a little second hand shop:)

This beauty I found in my aunt's throw away bag!!! She made it for herself in about 1970s. Loving it!

This lovely Russian doll dress I found in New Yorker shop while visiting Lithuania. Great colours!

This summer kaftan dress (I think it is from 1980's) I got from girls selling some vintage stuff on a stall in Newport Theatre during Summer Sessions. So beautiful!!!

This one!!! Well it is a true beauty! The colours, embroidery on it, the shape, everything!!! I got it from my cousin because she couldn't fit into it!! Lucky me :D

This one my dear husband has brought for me from Morocco. Love it because it will hide my pregnancy bump perfectly :)

And last but not the least is a great little summer dress from France. I got it when we went there last summer. Lovely light material, just feels like wearing sunshine :)

Hello :)

Hi there :)

My name is Agnes - Lithuanian girl living in Wales that loves arts, crafts, colours and her husband Mark :) I thought I would create a blog here to share my world with the rest of the world :) If you don't want to - don't read it. It's just my world full of little nothings and everythings, family, friends and everyone and everything that I care about.
Why 'The Jar of Nothing'? Well I found a perfect gift for those who, asked what they would like for Christmas, birthday or anniversary, always answer 'Nothing' :)

Joined with a little poem:

"Did you say nothing?
When you were asked what you wanted for
Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation or Christmas.
Don't you remember saying NOTHING
Well this time someone heard you, searched
high and low and found this perfect gift for you."

This makes perfect gift for those nothing friends :D
